• What features can be found under “Unpaid packages”?

In the “Unpaid packages” you will find all data records that have either been created manually or those that have been imported.

In addition, a wide range of functions will be available to you among “Unpaid packages”:

  • You can update your order list so that new orders are imported into the Shipstage system.

  • All orders that have not yet been placed in the shopping basket for payment will be listed.

  • Both the recipient data, the parcel data and/or the shipping service provider can be altered

  • By using the search function, searching for individual orders is made possible.

  • You can either select all orders on the corresponding page by clicking on the field next to “Receiver” or you can select individual orders.

  • By clicking on the “Action” button, orders can be deleted, merged or split, added to the shopping basket, size and weight can be altered, update pickups or shipping requirements can be applied

  • Once an order has been placed in the shopping basket, it is no longer visible among the “Unpaid packages” and will remain in the shopping basket until payment has been made.  Orders can therefore never be placed in the shopping basket twice.

  • Once the payment process has been completed, the order can be found in the “Completed packages”.

  • In the event of errors (e.g. an incorrect address), the order will appear in red, will not be moved to the “Completed packages” and may first be edited.
