• Why am I getting an error message?

Please check your shipping details if you receive an error message. 


The error message will be shown in a yellow box at the top right corner. 


The order is moved back to your “Unpaid packages” and will be highlighted in red. You can now edit the shipping data by clicking on the recipient field or using the pencil symbol. 


Next, you will automatically be forwarded to creating a dispatch note. In the example image below, the postcode does not match the country, which is why the error message “Invalid postcode” appears.
