• Why was I charged a surcharge?

This can have several reasons. All packages are re-weighed and re-measured by the respective carriers. If the actual package data differs from the data that was originally specified, an additional charge may still be invoiced. 

By providing the correct package data, the price plus the respective surcharge will be displayed under “Unpaid packages” and within the “Completed packages”.

Additionally, surcharges will be listed separately on the invoice.
