• How do I file a claim for transport damage?

Has a parcel gone missing or has damage occurred during transport? We will be happy to file a claim for you. 

Please send us the following documents: 

  • Parcel number 

  • Purchase invoice 

  • Sales invoice 

  • Consignee's statutory declaration (only if a parcel has been lost) 

  • Pictures of the inner and outer packaging (only if a parcel is damaged) 


If transport damage is detected upon delivery, it is mandatory to have the damage noted by the driver.
