• What are the requirements for reporting transport damages?

Please ensure the following points prior to reporting any transport damage: - The parcel was covered by insurance. 

• The parcel was adequately packed. You can find packing tips here.  
• Report the damage within 7 days of delivery.  
• Make sure that no goods excluded from transport were sent.  
• Send all necessary documents to customer service.
