Often, the reason for this can be found in the tracking information. Therefore, please first check the tracking information and ensure that no address information is required or that the package has already been dropped off at a shop.
If no reason can be found in the tracking information, please contact customer service. We will initiate an investigation for you. For this, we need the shipping note or the sales invoice.
