• Where can I find my tracking ID?

A tracking ID is generated for every shipment. 

You can find it under the column “Track ID” in your “Completed packages”. You can redownload the dispatch note by clicking the tracking ID. 

The shipping status is listed under “Status”. By clicking the box, you will automatically be directed to the shipment tracking page of the respective service provider. Additionally, you can also download the proof of delivery.
