• What settings are there regarding e-mail notifications?
It is up to you to decide whether your recipient should receive an e-mail notification concerning the status of the shipment.
Simply go to the menu item “Shipment settings” and select your desired option under the heading “Notifications”.
You can also choose to have a shipment name displayed to the recipient in the e-mail notifications on the dispatch status.
By clicking on “Flex Delivery Service”, GLS/DHL will send you an e-mail regarding the shipping status and the available delivery options.
