• The eBay data import does not work, what can I do?
When experiencing issues with the eBay data import, please try the following steps:
1. Log out of your Shipstage account and log back in.
2. Be sure there is no issue on eBay’s part.
3. Reconnect your eBay shop.
4. Please note that if you change your eBay password, you will need to reintegrate your eBay shop using the new password.
5. If none of these steps apply, please send the error message to customer service. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
