• What happens if the actual plot size is larger?

Each parcel is reweighed and re-measured by the respective parcel service providers. If the  declared dimensions of a parcel differ from the actual ones, the discrepancy will be reported  to Shipstage. Any additional charges will be itemised on the invoice. 

Please always provide accurate parcel information. In cases of deliberately false declarations,  additional fees may apply.
