• Wie verpacke ich eine Palette am besten?

Step 1: Properly pack and seal goods

Firstly, make sure that your goods are well and securely packed. They should also be sealed safely. Follow our packaging tips

Step 2: Stack and load pallets correctly

Stack the goods in a row. This ensures stability and strength and prevents the goods from tipping over. You will also avoid additional costs, as many shipping companies charge surcharges for non-stackable pallets.

Start with the heavy and large boxes and stack the lighter boxes on top. The surface should be kept as flat as possible to avoid surcharges.

The pallet should also be loaded in such a way that there are no gaps and the goods do not protrude beyond the pallet.

Step 3: Choose the right packaging material

Ensure secure fastening. Ideally, this should be done using packaging tape or stretch film. To ensure maximum stability, it is also advisable to wrap and/or tape the pallet.

Step 4: Labelling the pallets

Make sure that a pallet is labelled with the address, delivery note and shipping documents.
