• Limited Quantity

In principle, the transport of hazardous goods in limited quantities by land is possible with all parcel service providers. The transport of so-called limited quantities (often also referred to as “LQ”) is subject to a partial exemption from transport regulations. This is regulated in the European agreement ADR (Accord European Relative Au Transport International De Marchandises Dangereuses Par Route). 

Prerequisite for the transport of limited quantities: 

  • Compliance with limited quantities in accordance with the table in ADR Chapter 3.4. 

  • Maximum transport weight 30 kg gross weight per assembled packaging 

  • Transport weight maximum 20 kg gross weight per tray (shrink wrap) 

  • Labelling requirement of min. 100 x 100 mm:
