• Where can I find the reference field?

On the one hand, it can be added to the shipping label. To enter a reference on the shipping note, please proceed as follows: 

1. Create shipment. 

2. Enter the data. 

3. You will now find a designated reference field under Parcel details. 

4. Click on “Create”. 

5. Imported eBay data, eBay item numbers and item descriptions can be stored in the reference field (see point 4). 

6. The reference is then listed in the “Unpaid packages” under “Product”. 

On the other hand, you can also have the reference given on the shipping note listed on your  invoices. To do this, please proceed as follows: 

1. Go to user account. 

2. Scroll all the way down. 

3. Under Invoice settings: Tick the box shipment reference on the invoice listing.
