• How can I change my bank details?
The bank details listed in the user account are only used for payment by cash on delivery and should not be confused with invoice collection by direct debit.
Please go here:
1. Click on “User account”.
2. Click on “Bank data“.
3. Select the pencil symbol.
4. Adjust data.
5. Click “Save”.
If you change your bank details for direct debit payments, we kindly ask you to send us the SEPA direct debit mandate again, stamped by your bank.
