• How can I create a package template?

Your parcel size and weight differ from the available parcel templates and you would like to  create your own template? 

You can easily do this as follows: 

1. Go to the Shipping Settings menu. 

2. Select “Create New Parcel Template”. 

3. Enter your data. 

4. Click “Create”.
