• How can I create a shipping note for cash on delivery?

If you would like to send a parcel cash on delivery, please proceed as follows:  

1. Create a shipment.  

2. Under “Unpaid packages”, go to the “Pickup for” field.  

3. Select the pencil symbol.  

4. A window showing “Additional services” will open allowing you to specify the shipping method, the cash on delivery amount and the reason for payment.  

5. Click “Save”.  


The amount will be credited to your customer account.
