• Address verification

When creating shipments manually in our portal, an automatic address validation feature is integrated.

This means that as soon as you enter a postal code, the corresponding cities are suggested to you directly. This helps prevent incorrect matching of city and postal code.

After entering or importing a shipment, it will also be highlighted in yellow if the postal code and city do not match.

Click here to learn more about the different error messages and their meanings.

Despite the automatic suggestions, you can always manually enter the city and postal code if necessary in specific cases.

For shipping service providers, it is especially important that a package is first sent to the correct region. If there are difficulties with delivery later on, this is far less problematic than if the shipment is sent to the wrong federal state from the start.
