• Plentymarkets

The Plentymarkets interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data  manually but can import all your data automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, the tracking IDs are automatically stored in Plentymarkets.

To use the Plentymarkets interface, you will need to create a one-time personal API  password and connect to your Plentymarkets account.

The following 3 steps are required for this:

Step 1: Creating the personal API key

1. Copy the host.

2. Create a role with rights and tick the following boxes:

- Order -> see

- Subscription -> see

3. Please create an API user under “Accounts”. Alternatively, you can use your login data and your password (this is not secure). Finally, please assign the roles you have created to users and copy your user name and password.

Step 2: Integration

1. Go to the menu item integration on the Shipstage website.

2. Select Plentymarkets under the “ERP” heading.

3. Click on "Connect".

4. Add the app name, your Plentymarkets email address and the API password you created in step 1 to Shipstage

5. Click “Add”.

Step 3: Automatic data transfer

The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from  Plentymarkets is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
