• PrestaShop Integration
The Prestashop interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data manually but can import all your data automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, the tracking IDs are automatically stored in Prestashop.
To use the Prestashop interface, you need to create a one-time personal API key and connect to your Prestashop account.
The following 3 steps are required for this:
Step 1: Creating the personal API key
1. Open the Prestashop page.
2. Click on advanced settings -> web service and finally on “'add webservice key”.
3. Click “Generate”, copy the key and select the following authorisations:
addresses: View (GET)
carriers: View (GET)
countries: View (GET)
order_carriers: View (GET), Patch (PATCH)
orders: View (GET), Patch (PATCH)
4. Click “save”.
5. Activate Prestashop's webservice and click “save”.
6. Select your shop settings -> Order settings -> Status.
7. Copy the IDs from the order statistics which are required to export the orders for Shipstage.
8. Go to Shipping -> carriers and add the shipping service providers you are using with Shipstage.
9. The codes of the shipping service provider must match the shipstage codes: UPS, GLS, DHL, IDS and TNT.
Step 2: Integration
1. Go to the Shipstage page and select the menu item integration.
2. Select Prestashop under “Shop Systems”.
3. Click "connect”.
4. Add the Host, Generated Key, Status IDs for filter order statuses, Status ID (which will be assigned to the shipped orders) and the Store ID (if you are using multiple shops in your installation). If this is not the case, please leave this field blank.
5. Click "add".
Step 3: Automatic data transfer
The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from Shopify is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
