• Shopware Integration

The Shopware interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data manually but can import all your data automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, the tracking IDs are automatically stored in Shopware.

To be able to use the Shopware interface, you need to create a one-time personal API key and connect to your Shopware account.

To do this, please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Creating the personal API key

1. Open the Shopware page.

2. Click Headless, then click APIAccess and copy the API access key.

3. Select Settings, click “Systems” and “users & permissions”.

4. Create a role.

5. Enter a name

6. Tick the “Orders” box under “Edit” and the “Settings” box under “Countries: View”  and press “save”.

7. Click on Settings -> System -> Integration.

8. Select “Add integration”.

9. Add a name, select your role, copy the AccessKey ID and the Secret access key.

Step 2: Integration

1. Go to the menu item integration on our Shipstage website.

2. Select Shopware under “Shop Systems”.

3. Enter the host, the API access key, the access key ID and the secret access key.

4. Select "Add".

Step 3: Automatic data transfer

The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from  Shopware is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
