• Magento Integration

The Magento interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data manually but can import all your data automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, the tracking IDs are automatically stored in Magento.

To be able to use the Magento interface, you need to create a personal API key once and connect to your Magento account.

To do this, please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Creating the personal API key

1. Open the Magento page.

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Integrations.

4. Select “Add new integration”.

5. Fill in the field “Name” and "Your password".

6. Tick the following checkboxes under API and save them:

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> View

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> Edit

Sales -> Operations -> Orders -> Actions -> Ship

7. Activate the integration.

8. Click “Allow”.

9. Copy the Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret and click “Done”.

Step 2: Integration

1. Go to the menu item integrations on the Shipstage website.

2. Select Magento under “Shop Systems”.

3. Click “Connect”.

4. Now add the Host, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret

5. Click "Add".

Step 3: Automatic data transfer

The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from  Magento is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
