• Metro Integration

The Metro interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data manually but can import all your data automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. Track IDs are also automatically stored with Metro.

To be able to use the Metro interface, you will need to create a one-time personal API key and connect to your Metro account.

To do this, please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Creating the personal API key

1. Create your API access data for the connection via API or integration.

2. Click on “Generate API Keys”.

3. Copy the generated client key and the secret key

Step 2: Integration

1. Go to the menu item integration on our Shipstage website.

2. Select Metro under “Online marketplaces”.

3. Click "Connect".

4. Now add the shop name, the client created in step 1 and the secret key to Shipstage.

Step 3: Automatic data transfer

The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from Metro is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
