• How do I set default values for insurance and content?

Would you like to insure your goods additionally and set the content and amount as standard? 

Then please proceed as follows: 

1. Go to “Shipment settings”. 

2. Under "Default insurance", enter the desired value and content and tick "Default insurance enabled". 

3. If the goods are not new, please also tick the "Used item" box. 

4. Click on "Update".
