• Amazon Integration
The Amazon interface saves time and workload. You no longer have to enter the data manually, but all data is imported automatically and shipping labels can be created with just a few clicks. In addition, the consignment numbers are automatically stored on Amazon.
To be able to use the Amazon interface, you need to connect to your Amazon shop once.
The following steps are required for this:
Step 1: Integration
Go to the menu item Integration.
Select Amazon under “Marketplaces”.
Click on “Connect”.
Enter your shop name (1).
Select when the tracking numbers should be transmitted (2) (see Step 3).
Click “Add.”
Amazon will open and ask for login & authorization.
(If a connection to Amazon cannot be established, make sure that the pop-up blocker or any ad blocker is disabled.)
Step 2: Automatic data transfer
The interface is now permanently set up. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from Amazon is transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the dispatch notes can be created.
You can freely (de-)activate your Amazon integration.
Step 3: Options of the Amazon interface
In your interface, you can choose at which point the tracking number for each order will be transmitted. You have two options:
Immediately after the shipping label is created: The tracking number is transmitted right after the shipping label has been generated.
After the first scan by the shipping carrier: The tracking number is transmitted only once the shipment has been scanned by the carrier.
