• Return note

Creating a return note is effortless. However, please remember that GLS and DHL return notes can only be created within Germany. 

Please proceed as followed:

1. Select “Completed packages”. 

2. Search for the shipment in the search bar. 

3. Select the desired recipient. 

4. Go to “Action” and select “Create return”. 

5. The return label is listed among the “Unpaid packages”. 

6. It can then be paid for.
