• How do I customise the tracking email settings?

In the Email Editor, you can customise the subject line, the tracking button label and the tracking links for the individual carriers


  1. In your dashboard, open Shipping → Tracking and access the E-Mail Editor.

  2. Under E-Mail-Settings, edit the required information:

    • subject: The subject line displayed in he customers inbox

    • Button label: The text on the bbutton the customer uses to track the shipment

    • Tracking-URL for UPS: Link to UPS shipment tracking

    • Tracking-URL for GLS: Link to GLS shipment tracking

    • Tracking-URL for DHL: Link to DHL shipmenttracking

Use the placeholder {{ tracking_number }}. within the tracking URLs. When the E-Mail is sent, it is automatically replaced with the actual tracking number.

Finally, click Save to apply your changes.
