• Which variables and test functions are available in the email editor?

You can use the following variables in the subject and body of the return email. They are automatically replaced with the corresponding data when the email is sent:

The email editor also offers the following functions:

Save: Saves your current changes.
Preview: Shows the email as it will appear to the customer. The preview is available after the template has been saved at least once.
Send test email: Sends a test email with sample data to an email address you enter.
Reset to default settings: Resets the subject, email body, button text, and drop-off links to their default settings
