• Which carriers can be offered in the Return Portal?

Under “Shipment Settings” → “Return Portal”, use the “Available carriers” section to specify which carriers your customers can choose from.

The following carriers are available:

• UPS
• GLS
• DHL
• IDS
• TNT

UPS is available by default. GLS and DHL can only be selected if they are enabled for your Shipstage account. Otherwise, they appear greyed out.

Please contact Shipstage support to have them enabled.

Only the carriers you select are displayed in the Return Portal.
