• How does a return with a self-printed label work?

With the “Drop off at a parcel shop – print at home” return method, the customer receives the return label as a PDF file and prints it themselves. The process is as follows:

1. The customer opens the return portal and enters the tracking number of the original shipment and their postal code.
2. They then select the reason for the return and their preferred shipping carrier and submit the form.
3. Once the return has been successfully registered, the customer receives a confirmation, followed shortly by an email with the return label attached as a PDF.
4. A button in the email allows the customer to find a suitable drop-off point for the selected shipping carrier.
5. The customer prints the return label, attaches it to the parcel and drops it off at a drop-off point.
