• How do I open and share the return form?

Once you have configured your branding and activated the Return Portal, the “Return form page” button appears. Click it to open the public page of your Return Portal.

You can share the displayed URL with your customers. This link takes them directly to the return form, where they can submit a return request using their tracking number and postal code.
