• Which settings can I configure for the Return Portal?
Under “Additional info”, you can configure your returns process:
- Maximum return period: Specifies how many days after the original shipment was created a customer can submit a return request. The accepted range is 14 to 99 days.
- Return policy URL: You can optionally add a link to your return policy here. This is displayed to customers in the Return Portal so they can read the conditions before submitting their request.
- Return method: Determines how the goods are returned and what information the customer receives by email.
- Refund method: Specifies whether the customer is shown “Items exchanged” or “Money back”. This selection does not trigger an automatic refund.
- Return reasons: Determines which reasons customers can select when submitting a return request.
- Available carriers: Specifies which carriers are offered in the Return Portal. Only selected carriers that are available for the customer account and shipping country are displayed.
