• Can I customize my Return Portal?

The Return Portal automatically uses the branding settings from your Shipstage account. To configure these, go to “Settings” → “Branding” and add your company logo, primary and secondary brand colours, company name, and webshop URL.

It is best to configure your branding before activating the Return Portal. You can still use the portal without branding settings, but it will appear without your company logo or custom colours
