The Return Portal allows your customers to submit return requests on their own, without having to contact you first. They enter their tracking number and postal code, then provide the required return details.

Depending on your settings, customers then receive a barcode, a PDF return label, or confirmation of the arranged pickup by email.

The portal can be customized with your company logo and brand colours.
