• Change service code

To change the shipping carrier for shipments, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "Unpaid packages" in the menu.

2. Select the desired shipments (1).

3. Under "Action", choose the option "Update pickup for" (2).

   
   

4. Now select the desired shipping carrier and, if applicable, the shipping method.

The shipping carrier has been successfully changed.
