• BigCommerce

The BigCommerce interface is a real timesaver. Instead of having to enter data manually,  you can import all your data automatically and create shipping labels with just a few clicks. Additionally, BigCommerce automatically stores the tracking IDs.

To use the BigCommerce interface, you will need to create a one-time personal API password and then connect to your BigCommerce account.

To do this, follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Creating the personal API key

1. Open the BigCommerce shop control panel and go to Settings

-> API accounts at shop level.

2. Click on the button “Create API account”.

3. Select the token type: V2/V3 API Token, OAuth authorisations

-> Orders: edit,  OAuth authorisations

-> Products: read only. Copy the API path and click on “Save”.

4. Copy the access token and then hit “Done”.

Step 2: Integration

1. Go to the menu item integration on the Shipstage website.

2. Select BigCommerce under the heading "Shop Systems”.

3. Click the “Connect” button

4. Enter the site-ID and the API-key

5. Click “Add”.

Step 3: Automatic data transfer

Now, the interface is set up permanently. It enables automatic data transfer. All data from  BigCommerce will be transferred to the “Unpaid packages” and the shipping labels can be created.
